1st fix: Anything during the construction and before plastering. Stud walls, floor joists, ceilings, roof struts, door frames etc.

2nd fix: Finishing touches, generally after plastering. Door hanging, skirting, architrave, flooring etc.
Siberian Larch cladding, which just so happens to be the exterior of my new workshop (hold tight for new workshop piccies). Looks lush eh! This has been a mammoth of a job - about a month! I had 4 different widths to play with and all were individually hand-nailed to the batten bellow. LONG
