1st fix: Anything during the construction and before plastering. Stud walls, floor joists, ceilings, roof struts, door frames etc.

2nd fix: Finishing touches, generally after plastering. Door hanging, skirting, architrave, flooring etc.
2 compost toilet blocks and a shower cubicle. Something a little different but much needed for this soon to be galmping field. The whole build was designed and planned using CAD, making sure the client is happy with it before the build stage.
